About the Campaign
Trooper was shot with BBs
You can see them in the x-ray very clearly, they reflect the x-rays very sharply as they are metal.
The rescue Fur and Feather took Trooper out of the Downey, CA animal shelter where he was set to be put to sleep. He immediately went to a neurologist and spent the night in the hospital. Turns out he is a happy and health kitten! He has a head tilt that may get better, or may not. But he seems neurologically normal and other than a crack in his skull and some BBs in his body, he is fine.
The rescue spent all their funds getting him to the neurologist, and now he needs a follow up December 22nd. The doctor wants to do another x-ray to check if his skull has healed. If so, they will go from there with removing some of the BBs and he can probably be adopted to a good home! Trooper needs help paying for this follow up care.
Trooper doesn’t need much, and it will go a long way in his progress, so please consider a donation, specifically for Trooper!
