About the Campaign

Tipper’s back!

Not that this is a good thing… He had surgery late last year for a tumor on his rear. But the tumor has returned. That was a risk last year, after the surgery the biopsy showed that there was risk of the tumor returning because they had not gotten enough “margin”, room around the tumor, removed.

Well unfortunately that happened for Tipper, who has just been having a spate of bad luck. He was adopted after his surgery last year, but that owner has gotten ill and cannot keep him, so he has been returned to is rescue. At least he is in good hands, but still, poor guy, lost his new home AND his tumor came back.

So this nasty tumor right below his butt has to be removed, and it is cancer, so sooner is better. All donations are for Tipper only, and paid to the vet when the surgery is performed. You can see the estimate below, and if it is too small, click on it to enlarge:

I understand that most people can’t afford to
donate but for us who can we must put our money where our mouth is. If one calls themselve a dog advocate then I believe they
must do anything and everything to help.

Had a foster who had a few lumps and when I asked the organization if I should be concerned was told only if they bother her.. when they did it was to late and because they were medically responsible for her health and paid they refused so I adopted her so they couldnt put her down and they did the surgery but it was to late but she lived 6 more months having her furever home.. I always treated her like my own as I do all the fosters who came through my home… still have 2 old boys who are considered unadoptable by the organization who is a 501(c) 3 and should not be allowed to have that because they dont care about older animals they took in and didnt get adopted …. I also have 9 cats of theirs which are older and they wont support!

Poor baby you have to catch a break. I hope the tumor can be cured and I certainly hope your next home is forever. You are so cute and so deserving.❤️
