About the Campaign

Yikes! What a growth, and so quick!

This tumor in little Sweetie Pie’s mouth just appear about a week ago, and has suddenly grown so large! Her owner Michelle got her an appointment for surgery to remove the tumor and a biopsy this September 25th. That is the soonest she can get an appointment where she lives in rural Michigan.

But there is really good news!

Fortunately the vet is willing to help Sweetie Pie out with a solid discount, as her mom is a dog rescuer! The estimate for the removal, and removal of two loose teeth, and the biopsy is only $350. Michelle has $150 available, so we only need to raise $200 for Sweetie Pie to get this done.

Sweetie Pie is the puppy of rescued dogs!

Sweetie Pie was one one girl in a small litter of two Chi’s that Michelle rescued from a puppy mill about 10 years ago. Sweetie pie has always been healthy until now, and Michelle and her family rescue and foster a lot of dogs that need help. They don’t have much money, and they have a lot of vet bills, so helping a little here means A LOT! WOOOF!
