Striper has an enlarged prostate. It will get bigger, and he will not be able to pee or poop, which is deadly and he is only 3 years old!

The good news is that this can be fixed easily, and in combination with neutering, a win-win!

Michelle, Striper’s owner, got him as a puppy. She saw him stuck all day in a kennel and just couldn’t stand it and had get him out. She lives on a small income from Social Security with her disabled husband in rural Oregon. So when she took Dusty to the vet for a check up and they found out this problem, she immediately got stressed out and anxious.

They just don’t have the money, even though Striper can get taken care of for about $700. We called some vets around the area, and this is the best vet for Stiper to go to. His family doesn’t have a reliable vehicle for a long trip, this vet is close and the price is reasonable. All donations are for Striper and paid to the vet directly.
