About the Campaign

Snowy History

This 13 year old Maltese came to Stephanie as a 9 week old little pup. At the time Stephanie didn‘t know how bad it was to get a dog from a dog store. When Snowy first came home with Stephanie she was very sick. Snowy was even put on a ventilator her breathing was so bad. But Snowy fought through her sickness and is still fighting.

Currently

Snowy has a tooth that is so infected the infection has eaten away at her gums and she now has a hole in her cheeks. She is having a harder time eating and she’s continuing to get eye and ear infections, which the doctor believes is

due to the abscessed. Snowy also was never spayed and is starting to have tumors on her nipples. The doctor also said this is because she was never spayed and by having her spayed at the same time would decrease any cancer that could pop up from not being spayed.

The vet gave Stephanie a huge discount because her daughter is doing an externship at the vet’s office.

Stephanie knows that Snowy is in pain. She’s not acting herself and is shaking all the time. Abscessed teeth can cause a tremendous amount of pain, usually pain when laying down, pain can radiate from your mouth to your neck and can cause a fever.

Help Snowy get better!

All donations to Snowy are tax deductible. Free Animal Doctor pays 100% of the funds directly to the vet's office.

Why can’t the vet do the right thing and perform the surgery. especially if the owner is doing an externship with him. I could NOT stand it, knowing exactly what kind of pain this poor little soul is going through and that I had the ability to end it but wasn’t.
