About the Campaign

Snowflakes got sick…

…so his family took him to the vet

He’s better now, but the family cannot afford the bill to bring him home!

The Reyes family got Snowflakes has a puppy, and the children love him! He has been healthy for a year, and supposedly came with all his shots, they even have shot records.

But at the beginning of November he started to get sick. It got worse and worse, and finally his family took him to Pet Care Center in Los Angeles. They paid for the initial visit and were asked to leave him there. On Friday November 9th, they got a phone call from the vet.

Snowflakes had Parvo!

But he beat it and is ready to go home! The problem, the vet needs $735.00. Unfortunately Stephanie Reyes is a single mother, and has no money available right now, she just paid rent and is broke. Now we are in the situation where the vet refuses to release Snowflakes with out full payment of $735.00 and is going to charge $65.00 per day extra. The family needs help to get their Snowflakes home now!

It’s scary at the vet, alone, away from your family. Locked in a cage all night with no people around. Can you help Snowflakes get home today!?

Wow, what an unsympathetic and self-serving vet. I understand they retain the right to hold the dog, couldn’t the vet set up a reasonable payment plan?
