About the Campaign

Though someone fed them, the situation had become quite dire!

Just rescued Saturday, April 13th!

The owner passed away some months ago, leaving behind 6 dogs and a turtle. Cathi Perez heard about the situation and was able to bring DreamFetchers Rescue on board to save the dogs from going to the local, high-kill shelter (the turtle went to a turtle rescue).

You can see the condition of the house in this video:

All the dogs are now safe at the vet. Some will need some medical care, and one appears to be blind. Currently we are estimating about $2500 for all six dogs to get the care, bathing, vaccines etc… that they will need. The rescue will be able to rehome these pups and get them adopted, but they need our help with the vet bills!

Here is a video of all the dogs at the home, shortly before they were taken to the vet:

Cathi wrote this message about what happened:

Last night I was asked to help several dogs left at a house after the owner died months ago.

This morning I went to assess the situation, it was awful!!!

The landlord met me there and stayed with me for 2 hrs while we got all 6 dogs and a giant tortoise off the premises.
I reached out my hand for help and I found Suzette HallFaith Easdale and the team from Dream Fetchers, thanks to them all the dogs are already at the vet!

Please help donate and share! Thank you!
