Meet Sasha: A Sweet and Loving Dog, with a Nasty Tumor!
We are reaching out to our community today to share the story of a very special dog named Sasha and her owner, Sherilyn. Sasha is a sweet and loving dog who has brought joy to many people’s lives, but she has recently been facing a difficult challenge in the form of a tumor that returned and must be removed.
Sasha’s story began when she was found on the streets by Sherilyn’s boyfriend, who initially didn’t want to keep her. However, Sasha quickly won him over with her sweet and loving nature, and she became an important part of the family. Over the years, she has been a constant source of love and protection for Sherilyn and her daughter, Maddie, especially during a difficult time when they were homeless and living in their car.
Maddie and Sasha:
Unfortunately, in 2018, Sasha was diagnosed with a mass and had to undergo a mastectomy. She received treatment and recovered well, but unfortunately the mass has returned and requires further medical attention. The treatment plan is to remove the mass, but the medical bills have been adding up and Sherilyn, who is on disability due to multiple sclerosis, is struggling to keep up with the expenses.
That’s where we come in. We are asking for your help in supporting Sasha and ensuring that she can continue to bring joy and love to her family. Any contribution you can make, no matter how small, will make a difference and will be greatly appreciated. All donations are only for Sasha, and paid only to her vet! We never pay any donations to the owner. If you could help Sasha, be assured, your donation will go right to her. Thank you.
