About the Campaign

Roxy needs two lumps removed ASAP. We don’t exactly know how they developed but what we do know is that it’s very close to her teeth and its causing her quite a bit of discomfort. Veterinarians want to remove the lumps asap and then get them biopsied.

Miss Roxydoo just turned 6 years old on July 4th , and didn’t have surgery in mind for her birthday celebration. “She’s my fire cracker” says her owner, Jen. Roxy brings so much light to Jen’s light, she’s actually Jen’s service dog.

Roxy met Jen wen she was just 5 weeks old. They’ve spent every minute with each other. They completely understand each other and Jenn says she would be lost without her. When she noticed the lumps, she immediately took Roxy to get looked at. She’s in a very emotionally demanding family situation and the additional stress is very overwhelming.

In addition to this, Jenn is on disability so her income is limited and can’t afford much after Roxy’s general care. Roxydoo is not only an amazing companion but she’s an all around awesome dog! She’s wonderful with children, other dogs, and she’s very friendly with people. Roxy loves spending time with her human sister Jen’s niece) as they grown up, laugh, and play together.  Roxy deserves to continue living without worry!
