A vet improperly repaired her broken leg. He used too large of a pin for a small dog, and a procedure that is questionable. Now she is yelping in pain, as the pin is pressing against the nerve and bone. 

What Pippa Needs Right Now

Phyllis at Recycled Love Dog Rescue has arranged with a trusted vet to get it fixed, but unfortunately it is going to be complicated and difficult surgery, well over $3000.00

The rescue just cannot afford this, and they need our help to help Pippa!

Pippa’s Story

Here is her original post, before the bad surgery:

She was hit by a car and sitting in a business parking lot in San Bernardino for two days in shock and in pain with a broken pelvis and femur before help finally arrived. The security guard saw her get hit buy a car and she stayed in the parking lot until rescue Angels team got there miss Faith Easdale. Once caught we rushed her to the vet and she was in surgery the next day to repair the femur. She will be hospitalized for 2 weeks with a rod in her leg that may be removed after a couple weeks if her bone is mending. She will undergo a second surgery to repair her cherry eye and spay her she is on cage rest for 6 to 8 weeks for the broken pelvis.

This poor little girl suffered so much, and now with this botched surgery she is suffering again! Can you help Pippa?

We collect the donations and hold them, then only pay the total to the veterinarian. We do not pay an individual. If Pippa doesn’t receive the corrective surgery, we refund your donation. We pay your whole donation to the vet, we do not take out a percentage. Your donation is tax deductible.
