About the Campaign

Little kitten needs a big test!

Ollie, an active and happy 14-week-old kitten, is currently facing some health challenges that require immediate attention. Despite these hurdles, Ollie is an epitome of resilience and energy. Ollie’s owner, Georgette, took him in at 7 weeks old, knowing he had issues but with a desire to give him a chance at life when others might have chosen euthanasia.

Ollie’s Health Challenges: • Ollie is suspected of having hydrocephalus (a condition where fluid builds up in the brain) • He also suffers from entropion, a condition where his eyelashes grow into his eyes, causing discomfort and potential vision issues

Ollie’s Current Situation: • Ollie is active, happy, and interacts well with other rescues in the household • His owner has been managing his entropion with ointments and careful grooming • However, the required tests, including an expensive MRI, to confirm and address Ollie’s suspected hydrocephalus are estimated to cost between $4,000 – $5,000 • Currently, Georgette is grappling with around $6,000 in vet bills for her other cats and thus cannot afford Ollie’s medical expenses

Despite his challenges, Ollie is full of spirit – he runs around, even falls over but keeps going. His energy is infectious and brings joy to everyone around him. However, to ensure he can continue to live this joyful life, he urgently needs our help.

How You Can Help: • Please consider making a donation to Ollie’s medical fund • Share Ollie’s story with friends, family, and fellow animal lovers • Every little bit helps. Even small donations will make a big difference in Ollie’s life

All funds raised will go directly to Ollie’s medical care, offering him a chance at a better life. Please join us in this mission and help Ollie get the medical attention he so desperately needs.
