Painful Bladder Stones

Oh Nala! Poor girl had them for a while now because she was misdiagnosed at first with an infection, so she needs these stones out soon.

It’s clearly painful. There has been some blood in her pee, and just before she was properly diagnosed Nala peed on the bed. She never pees in the house, let alone on the bed! Her owner Courtney knows this must of been from the stones, Nala couldn’t control it.

She got Nala years ago when she was a clerk at a gas station. A lady came to parking lot and was giving away puppies. The woman had found the mom pregnant, and taken her in, but couldn’t keep all the puppies. When Courtney saw Nala, she had to take her home!

Nala is with Dr. Tarantino in Kansas City, Missouri. We have done a number of fundraisers for animals that come to his clinic and he takes care of them very well and has fair prices. In addition Nala got a $500 grant from a local charity! But Courtney is caring for both her parents, and supporting them as well as herself on a small salary working for the Kansas City Police Department as a desk clerk.

Nala needs donations to cover her bill and get this surgery done, and we feel because of the delay since symptoms started, it is more urgent than ever. All donations are only for Nala, paid to the vet directly. The estimate is below, click to enlarge:
