About the Campaign
Poor little Nakoma was born and left wondering around on the streets of Tijuana until she was about 3 months old. Rescued and fostered by Norma Flores, this beautiful, little puppy was given a home. Although she was off the streets, she wasn’t yet out of the fire. Nakoma has a heart murmur and needs PDA correction surgery.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about this darling girl but we do know she’s been through enough for her young age. With so much life left to live, Nakoma needs this surgery asap! Without this surgery, Nakoma’s life expectancy is greatly reduced, she may not live past the age of one years old.
Currently, her heart rate is being monitored and she has a warm loving family fostering her. Unfortunately, they cannot afford this surgery. Being a single rescuer can be a tough job! Norma’s income cannot support her family and pay for this surgery. She’s searching for all the resources she can and is hoping to get assistance. This surgery is pricy but necessary for Nakoma to live a long, happy, and healthy life.
Please Help Nakoma Survive! <3
