About the Campaign
This poor kitty has broken his paw.
About a month ago he came home limping and went to the vet. There Mr. Stripes got a splint and was sent home to heal. But a month later when his cast came off, the x-ray showed the bones had not set, and were still broken.
Now the doctor is recommending surgery and the use of apparatus to hold the bones together while they heal. This type of surgery is pricey. And Mr. Stripes owners are cat rescuers on a fixed income, and cannot afford it.
All donations are just for Mr. Stripes, and are only paid directly to the veterinarian when surgery is performed. If the surgery does not happen, donations will be refunded.
(Mr. Stripes only has a verbal estimate from Doctor Sig and Loma Linda Animal Hospital)
