About the Campaign

Blind kitty keeps getting eye infections.

Mathew needs both eyes removed. He was rescued by Martha as a stray when he was a kitten. He was blind from birth and is now seven years-old.

Martha had kept his eyes cleaned, and he has had antibiotic treatments in the past for infections, but it is getting too much now. Martha is in her 70’s with Leukemia, and a very limited income. A friend of hers found out the trouble she has been having recently keeping Mathew in good shape, and got them to the veterinarian.

The vet recommends removal of both eyes. Mathew is blind anyway, but the big benefit will be no more infections and no more eye pain and complications.

All donations are paid only to the vet for Mathew, estimate is below (you can click to enlarge):

Blessing to you and your sweet kitty. We had a dog who had to have her eyes removed and she did great. Animals adapt easier then humans.
