About the Campaign

Kidney Stones, and a Tumor

Jordan has been with Davianna for almost six years. Davianna basically rescued her at that time, when the woman that owned her could no longer care for her and Jordan needed a new home. Jordan is 11 years-old now, and has been a healthy happy girl until just recently.

Her medical condition

A tumor on her tummy was getting larger and in early May Davianna took her to the vet. As part of the exam the vet determined that Jordan also had bladder stones. His owner is a student and doesn’t have much money, so the doctor recommend to first try a prescription dog food combined with some medications to dissolve the kidney stones. This method is not a sure thing, but if it does it work it is much cheaper than surgery.

The tumor on his belly

But, unfortunately, when Davianna took Jordan back for her re-check, the stones were still there. Plus, the tumor was getting worse. To make matters worse, Davianna had even less money now!

Though female dogs can wait for stone removal surgery, it is painful and will lead to a bladder infection and possibly kidney damage if not taken care of fairly soon!

Surgery scheduled, and looking for help

Jordan got scheduled for surgery May 29th. Her mom then tried to raise money everywhere she could. After reaching out to many organizations, and getting nowhere, she started a GoFundMe that has raised $525.00.

Now Davianna found out about Free Animal Doctor and reached out to us, and we have now got this campaign going for Jordan! The current estimate is $2200, of which Davianna has raised $525 on GoFundMe (she won’t get all of that money though, they will take out fees, which FAD never does! No fees here!).

The Corgi Sploot!

Jordan needs surgery urgently. All donations are specifically for Jordan and will be paid directly to her vet! Thank you, and big WOOOFS!
