Growth on his mouth
Quick removal and treatment can keep it from being deadly
About 5 years ago, when Jack was just getting to full-size, Heather saw him while visiting a relative she rarely sees. Jack was in a cage, and didn’t appear cared for very well. Heather asked some questions and came to find Jack was being neglected. She came back to visit Jack, and he immediately bonded with her. And Heather noticed more bad stuff was going on, signs of mistreatment, more than even just neglect. So Heather had a long talk with her relative and managed to talk them into give up Jack.
Jack and Heather developed a strong bond. Heather has PTSD episodes and anxiety from assaults she suffered, and Jack helps her through those. She also has a bad back, and has gotten into situations where she could not get up from her bed or the floor, and Jack will help her by pushing up behind her so she can sit up.
Heather has never been rolling in money, but in 2018 her husband died after a time with cancer, leaving her in a pretty thin financial situation. The veterinarian treating Jack is aware of the financial situation and keeping costs low, and helped her find Free Animal Doctor.
Your donation is only for Jack, and will be paid directly to the vet when the surgery is done. Because this tumor may be cancerous, and has grown quickly, Jack needs the surgery done quickly. Let’s get donations in for this pup so he can get this tumor removed before there is any spread! WOOF!
