About the Campaign

You can see how injured he is in the video!

We do not know the nature or extent of the injury at this time. This is a new type of fundraiser: We are hoping to raise money to get him seen by the vet, he has not been yet!

All donations will only be paid for HIS treatment and only directly to the veterinarian. If he is not treated for any reason (cannot be caught, injuries are too severe, etc…) donations will be REFUNDED!

Your donation will go to his treatment, or be refunded. Donate in confidence.

This husky has been seen for over a month, stray in San Bernardino. Animal control is fairly ineffective in this area, and if they do catch him they will surely put him to sleep, based on the injuries we assume he has.

Rescuers Faith Easdale and Jim Ralston have found him and can trap him. But there is no money available for vet treatment. They are working on a foster and could use help for that as well.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to lock in money now for his treatment, rather than promised pledges, so that there is guaranteed funding. If we can get enough, they will catch him and take him to the vet! Can you help this husky now!? Today?

UPDATE #1, Dec. 4 approx 9PM

He’s been trapped and is safe. There is no microchip. Local resident tell us he has been seen for nearly 4 months as a stray, but only wounded and limping in the last few weeks.

More details in a later update, but he has been brought to a safe home to rest and will go to the vet on Dec. 5th. He is well behaved and very tired and hungry! Thank you all!

Grateful to FAD for all you do! Medical needs are not free therefore I would like to help in some small way! If all would give up the cost of a Starbucks coffee once a month maybe we could treat and save more animals! Thankful to FAD and to Dream Fetchers..Faith Jim Suzette and Francella as well!
