About the Campaign
Maryse is a retired woman who loves her furry companion Gucci more than anything in the world. Unfortunately, Gucci recently suffered a fractured shoulder that requires surgery, and Maryse is struggling to pay for it.
It’s heartbreaking for Maryse to see Gucci in pain and unable to run around and play like she used to. Maryse took Gucci to the vet and had X-rays done, but the vet said that a cast wouldn’t be enough to fix the problem. Gucci needs surgery to repair her fractured shoulder.
Maryse is on Medicaid and retired, which means she doesn’t have a lot of extra money lying around. She spent $1000 on the X-rays and the brace that Gucci is currently wearing, but the surgery itself is going to cost $8300. Maryse is desperate to get the surgery done, but she simply can’t afford it.
That’s where you come in. Maryse has started a fundraising campaign to help cover the cost of Gucci’s surgery. She’s hoping that people will be moved by her story and be willing to donate even a small amount to help her furry friend get the care she needs.
Gucci is just a puppy, and she has her whole life ahead of her. With the surgery, she’ll be able to run and play and be the happy, healthy dog that Maryse knows she can be. Without it, Gucci will be in pain and unable to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
