About the Campaign

Needs Urgent Veterinary Care

Gilbert, a 2-year-old grey tabby, has had a rough start in life. Once a feral cat surviving on the streets of Koreatown, he recently showed up at his feeding station looking thin and sick. Concerned neighbors and rescuers stepped in, determined to give him a chance at a better life.

Trapped and taken to FixNation, Gilbert was found to be emaciated and in need of more care than the clinic could provide. Their team recommended a full-service vet—or euthanasia. But his rescuers refused to give up on him. Gilbert is eating, drinking, and showing signs of fight, so they’re committed to helping him recover.

Now Gilbert urgently needs diagnostics and treatment with Dr. Adams to find out what’s wrong. Without this, his condition could worsen quickly. He’s currently in a temporary foster home, but that arrangement ends soon, and he will need both medical care and a safe place to heal.

Although Gilbert is still shy and a little hissy, he doesn’t run away when approached. With time and care, he has a real chance to become a healthy, social cat—and perhaps even a loving companion.

Please consider donating to Gilbert’s care. Your support will cover the costs of exams, lab work, and the treatments he needs to have a second chance at life. All donations go directly to the veterinarian—never to individuals. Gilbert deserves this chance. Together, we can make sure he gets it.
