Frankie may need heart surgery,

she DOES need to see the cardiologist!

Little Frankie, also known as Francis Xavier, was rescued out of SEAACA in Downey eight years ago. Frankie is getting a bit older now, and a heart murmur has developed. A previous campaign raised the money for testing and in turns out that Frankie has Mitral Valve Prolapse (read more HERE).

She has been coughing as you can see in the video below. These little coughs are actually a sign of an enlarged heart, because the heart pushes on the esophagus causing the coughing reflex:

Frankie needs to get her medications adjusted. She is having trouble breathing now and it is important to get the dosage and type exactly right. Also, she may now require surgery. and this test will make that definitive decision. This little rescue pup needs another thorough exam by the cardiologist. Can you help her?
