About the Campaign

“Screw Tail” has a funny name, but is a serious condition

Dozer’s tail is deformed. It is painful for him, and leads to infections. These can be deadly, but also caused him to lose his home! How? Because the infections stink, and his first owner surrendered him.

A dog rescuer with five other pups took him in but cannot afford the surgery he needs. She says:

“I have a 22 year old Pomeranian and she have Addison disease which most of my money go to her because she needs shot once a month and steroids every day which is $1000 each month. Dozer is a loving and sweet doggie he just want to be love, eat his food and have a spot in front of the fan. He was a birthday present to my boyfriend which he always wanted a bulldog. He has ptsd and dozer bring a lot of joy to his life. He is less stressed out and we just want to give him something that will show him how much he means to us and how much he give to us. But we really need the help to do so. Please and thank you.”

All donations are only for Dozer, and are paid directly to the veterinarian only, never to the owner or other individual. Let’s help Dozer get the surgery he needs! He is only 3 years old and this will improve his life so much! Thank you!

Vet estimate:

The vet did not provide a written estimate as the procedure will be done by a visiting surgeon. The vet left a verbal estimate on voicemail, you can play it here:

I’m donating because this is my dog, I love him so much. He was a gift for my birthday last year when my girlfriend rescued him. I just want him to be happy and pain free.
