Cricket Needs Tests to Find Out if Her Neck Lump Is Cancer
Cricket is an 8-year-old Pittie with a difficult past. Rescued by Jessica out of an abusive situation where she was locked in a shower and exposed to drugs, Cricket has finally found safety and love. But now she faces a frightening new challenge—a lump in her neck that could be cancer.
Jessica recently discovered the swelling while rubbing Cricket, and it hasn’t gone away. To know what’s happening, Cricket urgently needs a veterinary exam, bloodwork, X-rays, vaccines, a heartworm test, and likely a needle biopsy. Because she is not easy to handle, Cricket usually has to be sedated for exams, making at-home care impossible and professional veterinary care essential.
Jessica lives on a fixed income and receives Social Security disability for autism. She also manages her own health challenges—diabetes, asthma, and arthritis—while caring for her two rescue dogs. Her other dog, Dixie, has Cushing’s disease and pancreatitis, adding to the burden. Jessica lives alone and has done everything she can, but she simply cannot afford the cost of the tests Cricket needs right now.
Cricket’s life has already been full of hardship, but she has finally found love and safety with Jessica. With help, she can get the medical care she desperately needs to find out what’s wrong and get treatment. All donations go directly to Cricket’s veterinary care. Please help Jessica give her beloved rescue dog a fighting chance. Click to enlarge:

Please look into a natural way of fighting cancer. It is out there for humans, why not dogs?

You look just like my sweet Bella, which is white and a heart on her back she died. They claim something ruptured in her stomach, but she was only 11 years old and she slept with me every single night so when I reach over in the bed for her it’s traumatic to find an empty spot. I wish you well.

I am donating because I love dogs and my daughter has Aspergers so she is on the spectrum. I know it’s hard to take care of a beloved pet on s fixed income. I am wishing you all the best. I hope this small donation will help.
