About the Campaign

Little Clover has Parvo

Parvo is a virus that is especially dangerous to puppies. Clover was found stray over Thanksgiving and didn’t go in for vaccines until the week after… and that morning she started showing symptoms (vomiting, lethargy). So the vet did a Parvo test, and yes…. she has it.

Parvo treatment

Once the dog has contracted the virus there is no cure, the body just has to fight it off. Parvo destroys the lining in the intestines so Clover cannot absorb water or food, and she will either be able to fight it off and regrow her intestinal lining, or she will die of dehydration.

To help her fight and survive she has to be in the hospital 24 hours a day, on a IV for fluids and nutrients.

The good news is we caught it right at the beginning, which gives her a good chance. The next good news is we got her to a 24/7 veterinary care center, so she will be monitored with a doctor 24 hours a day. The bad news? This is expensive.

Can you help little Clover fight the Parvo virus!?!?! Your donation is really needed and will be for her bills only! Updates to come! Thank you soooo much! WoooooooooF!
