About the Campaign

It could be cancer,

and it has to be removed!

Chloe is an active, happy senior dog. Everyone remarks on how she seems so much younger that 15! She has some chronic health issues, but she has been dealing with them successfully for years, not a problem at all. But recently this tumor on her gums, and lip has spread out and gotten bigger. The doctor says it could be cancer, and needs to be removed as soon as possible:

There is an infected tooth under the tumor, and recently Chloe has slowed down eating, as it is obviously painful. And as the tumor grow it is taking up space in her mouth, and blocking chewing and swallowing.

Shannon adopted her in 2011 from the animal shelter, and later adopted Bella. Chloe and Bella are now inseparable, sleeping in the same bed at night and running around every where together. Bella really needs her best friend to get better!

Chloe went in for her pre-op check up and blood test and is clear for surgery, but Shannon had to put the $700 on Care Credit, and only has a little room left on her account. All donations here are for Chloe, and are paid only to the vet to make up the difference between what the family can pay and the total needed. Please tap on the estimate below to enlarge:
