This is Chica

Chica is a full bred Boxer. She loves to play, run, and get her sniff on.  Unfortunately, for the past couple months Chica has been dealing with a cyst.

The cyst has grown so large that it’s affecting her her ability to walk. It’s made her irritable and very unlike herself.

Her mom, Susan, found Free Animal Doctor and reached out for assistance. We connected her with Vanderhoof Veterinary Hospital. They took a biopsy in order to determine whether or not the mass was cancerous and  it appears malignant.

However the mass is prohibiting Chica from doing the things she loves and it must be removed by surgery.

Susan has been dealing with battles of her own recently. It’s difficult for her to get money together for the operation. After having back surgery and eye surgery caused by cancer Susan has not only had a tough time with recovering from the trauma but the medical expenses as well.

Chica is Susan’s heart and soul. They’ve been by each other through thick and thin and Susan wants nothing more than for Chica to get better.

Please help Chica get the surgery she needs so she can get back to loving her life!
