About the Campaign

Puppy Mill Survivor,

Chanel has had a great home for 14 years,

now she needs chemotherapy.

It was 2008 when Chanel was rescued from the puppy mill, and her adopter Michelle was doing well financially at the time, so she was able to quit her job to take care of her mom who became ill.

Michelle found a lump on Chanel, which turned out to be benign back in April 2022 but was removed. But now in October it came back. The tumor is on the jaw:

Financial situation:

Michelle moved to California with her daughter three years ago, just before COVID hit, and a series of unexpected financial problems have hit the family, including a car accident that left Michelle partially disabled.

Now they cannot afford to get Chanel the surgery she needs, and their credit is maxed out too, so they cannot get Care-Credit. All donations are for Chanel only, for her surgery to remove the tumor.

Let’s give Chanel another birthday!
