About the Campaign
Help Buddy Heal and Run Again:
Immediate Help Needed
Buddy, a four-year-old dog with a loving spirit, is facing a painful and potentially dangerous health issue that demands immediate attention. Joshua, Buddy’s devoted owner, received Buddy a year ago from a family member looking to rehome him. Tragically, Buddy got loose and was struck by a car, severely injuring his leg. Joshua is currently struggling financially and desperately needs help to cover the cost of Buddy’s urgently needed medical care.
Buddy’s Health Struggles:
• Injured after being hit by a car
• Leg is infected and causing significant pain
• Requires X-rays and diagnostic testing
• Urgent treatment needed to prevent further complications
Joshua took Buddy to the vet to assess his injury, and it was discovered that his leg is infected. However, X-rays and further testing have not been performed yet due to Joshua’s financial constraints. The initial estimate for X-rays and diagnostic testing is $750, but without this vital testing, it’s impossible to know the full extent of Buddy’s injury and the best course of treatment.
Fortunately, Buddy only needs approximately $700 to receive the necessary treatment, meaning your donations can make an immediate and significant impact on his well-being.
Unfortunately, Joshua is currently out of work and has maxed out his credit cards. His credit score is too low to qualify for care credit, leaving him unable to afford the necessary medical care for Buddy.
How You Can Help:
• Donate to the fundraising appeal for Buddy’s medical care
• Share this appeal with friends, family, and social media networks
• Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference
Before the injury:
By focusing on Buddy’s medical needs, we hope to provide him with the necessary diagnostic tests and treatments to help him heal and live a pain-free life. All donations are held by FAD and ONLY paid to the veterinarian for Buddy’s medical care, the owner receives no money.
