Bonita was a stray, probably dumped as a senior 🙁
Found on the streets with no collar, and has no chip. We have looked for her owner, as did the good samaritan that found her, to no avail. We are pretty sure she was dumped based on her condition and where she was found. Probably because she is older, and has terrible teeth.
Not eating
Unfortunately Bonita is not eating, because of her very painful teeth, so we have to get surgery done ASAP. She also has a very large tumor near her butt, but that is not so bad, even though it looks bad! The real problem is the teeth. Below is a video from her veterinarian:
You can help
Donations are only for Bonita, and are paid to her vet for her care! We have an informal for the vet for $1200 for the full dental surgery, and the tumor removal, if it is possible, at the same time. Her teeth are very bad, and the surgery required will be extensive, and we think the estimate is very reasonable. Thank you!
Let’s help this senior that someone decided to abandon right when she was in the greatest need! And then, help us find her a new home! WOOF!!!
