About the Campaign
Painful bladder stones!
Cindy found Blossom abandoned in a box with four other kittens when she was just a kitten herself. Over the years, Cindy has taken care of Blossom and her sisters, but now Blossom is the last one remaining and needs urgent help to overcome her health problems.
Blossom’s Health Struggles:
• History of pneumonia and numerous bladder infections
• Bladder stones that require surgical removal
• Infected tooth that also needs removal during surgery
• Recently discovered tumor in her mouth
Cindy has spent approximately $800 to $1,000 on Blossom’s medical care over the last year, but the time has come for more invasive procedures. The veterinarian has recommended surgery to remove the bladder stones and an infected tooth, with an estimated cost of $2,345. As Blossom’s bladder issues have persisted for over a year, the surgery is crucial for her well-being.
To make matters more urgent, during the preparation of this fundraiser, Blossom returned to the vet and was found to have a tumor in her mouth. The veterinarian has emphasized the importance of addressing this issue as soon as possible.
Cindy, who is 69 years old and living off of Social Security, is struggling to cover the cost of Blossom’s medical needs on her own.
How You Can Help:
• Donate to the fundraising appeal for Blossom’s medical care
