That’s a cute kitty!

This sweet senior cat has a painful infected tooth, and her owner needs help paying for the cost of dental surgery.

Bijou started crying more, and being uncharacteristically finicky about her food. Then her owner Edward noticed that she also was getting clumps in her fur, and even if he brushed them out, they came back. So he took her to Westside Animal Clinic, and Doctor Adams diagnosed Bijou with at least one infected tooth, maybe more.

The painful mouth makes it hard for her to groom herself, thus the clumping of the hair. The solution is surgery to remove the effected teeth, and a cleaning. Because she is an older girl, Bijou also needs some lab work.

We know Edward, and have confirmed his case with the doctor. Bijou was a rescue many years ago from the animal shelter, and has been a regular client of Westside Pet Clinic, here is a photo of her from a previous visit:

Edward is retired and lives on Social Security, so he needs help to get Bijou her surgery.
