A really big tumor!

Beauty, a beloved pet who found a forever home under unexpected circumstances, requires urgent surgery and dental care. Let’s give her a chance at a healthier life.

Six years ago, Donna, a disability recipient living on a fixed income, was asked to watch Beauty, a then-healthy dog, by a friend of her son’s. When the original owners abruptly severed ties and left Beauty behind, Donna stepped in and gave her a loving home. Now, this unexpected addition to Donna’s family faces health challenges and Beauty needs everyone’s help.

Beauty’s Health Situation:

• Multiple small lumps around her body
• A lump at her back end that has grown rapidly
• A broken K9 tooth needing dental care

Over the years, Donna has dutifully brought Beauty for her regular shots and raised concerns about the lumps appearing on her body. Initially told not to worry, Donna sought a second opinion when a lump on Beauty’s back end started to grow unexpectedly. This vet recommended immediate removal. Moreover, Beauty’s broken K9 tooth requires treatment. The total estimate for these essential procedures is $5,000.

Since 2019, Donna has been living on disability payments. Her husband is retired, and this sudden medical expense poses a significant financial challenge for them. Despite their limited income, Donna is determined to do everything she can for Beauty. She’s already committed $2,000 of her own funds, demonstrating incredible love and commitment.

All donations are held by FAD and ONLY paid to the veterinarian when the procedures are performed; the owner receives no money.
