Everyone got adopted

but the black dog 🙁

Ari is a sweetie, with maybe too much energy. Then again, she is still a puppy!

Some people in Barstow, California, out in the desert on the way to Vegas, were giving away puppies, the whole litter of Shepard/Corso mixes. They all got adopted too, most were tri-color, some two color, but Ari was pretty much black, and just wasn’t popular. She didn’t get adopted, so a rescue (Our Family Paws) took her in!

All ears!

They will find her a good home, but Ari has a small issue. She broke her leg. Yeah, no one knows how but probably running around the big yard at her foster home and twisting it in a hole in the ground. One of those “out of nowhere” things.

Total shock to the rescue, who is working with over 60 dogs in their care right now, and needs help getting Ari taken care of. Good thing is the vet is inexpensive, even if they do not write up the most professional estimates! But they do a good job surgically, and Ari’s leg can be saved and healed.
